SITUATION

Patrick’s were redeveloping the area known as ‘The Knuckle’ within the Port Botany Precinct to expand the terminal’s capacity. This involved expanding the quay line by 900m.

CHALLENGES

The contractor designed and installed the crane rails as part of the extension, but of course, the crane has got to stop somewhere!

RESULTS

Kenro was called on and promptly manufactured 4 sturdy buffer stops for the Port Botany Terminal.

Those cranes will be staying on the rails!
