Mount Lindsay Highway – Camp Cable Road to Tamborine Street

OVERVIEW

Kenro worked with SEE Civil on part of the Mount Lindsay Highway Upgrade, Camp Cable Road to Tamborine. The project involved supplying all the metalwork for the safety barriers, hold down bolts, stainless steel cover plates and deck drainage.

Not only do the bridge barriers look great, but they’re keeping the motorists and local community safe. The barrier down the left-hand side of the bridge features an RHS rail for added safety because the bridge serves as a shared path link across Jimboomba Creek.

One of SEE Civil’s installers shared some feedback recently,

‘I installed it onsite with the lads & must say that it was the first rail I’ve done that went together without any issues. The box drainage worked well also, good product.’

Being a Transport and main roads project, compliance and traceability were crucial. As a TMR approved supplier, Kenro manufactured all the steelwork fully compliant to MRTS78.
